Order Processing
Once your order is placed, please allow 1–2 business days for us to process and prepare your order before it is dispatched. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Delivery Times
Once dispatched, your parcel will typically arrive within 10–15 business days. Please note that this is an estimate and not a guarantee — actual delivery times may vary depending on your location, the courier, customs processing (for international orders), and other factors outside our control.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order details.

Domestic (UK) Orders
Orders shipped within the United Kingdom will arrive within the estimated 9–11 business day.

International Orders (remove this section if you only ship within the UK)
For orders shipped outside the UK, delivery times may be longer than the estimate above due to customs clearance. Any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees charged by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the price of your order or shipping cost.

Incorrect Address
Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or delivered incorrectly due to an address error on your part, though we will do our best to assist in resolving the issue with the courier.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Parcels
If your order has not arrived within a reasonable time after the estimated delivery window, or if it arrives damaged, please contact us at support@vavonna.com with your order number so we can investigate with the courier and resolve the issue.

Delays Outside Our Control
We are not liable for delivery delays caused by the courier, customs processing, weather, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law.
